Defo no complaints here. You do need to be completely honest about the cars condition etc though.
Really easy, painless process...maybe I was lucky to have Suzanna assessing mine as other reviews indicate differently.
I would defo use them again.

I recently sold a car to Manheim ('Reggie') and the experience was good - much better than I was expecting from seeing so many pessimistic reviews.
I was happy enough that I just sold a second car to Manheim ('Gwyn') and again a good experience.
Both cars had a few marks which I hadn't noticed/declared so a small deduction seemed perfectly realistic, amounting to a deduction of only a couple of hundred pounds in both cases (just a few percent).
Even after the small deduction for un-noticed minor damage, the price I was given was better than WBAC's starting figure, which would certainly have been revised lower after vehicle inspection and after paying 'admin fees'.
Some reviews mention that a vehicle can take several days to be collected and that was my experience, but I made sure the car wasn't blocking my driveway so it didn't cause a problem while awaiting collection. So if you sell your car make sure it's not going to be in the way.
Overall, I am very happy, with nothing to complain about. I would recommend Manheim and would happily use them again in the future.

"So called dent"
My car lease was due to go back after 3.5 years so the leasing company sent manheim to inspect.
It seemed from the outset that the inspector was wanting to find fault. I asked if I needed to be in attendance for inspection and he said only he said no. He would return keys once finished but will only need me to go out to him if there was an issue he needed to show me. He then proceeded to ask me to go out to him after 20 mins which indicated he was out to find something. I have received his report and I am being charged for a dent which cannot be seen to the eye. Even my husband and the company who collected the car could also not see it. The inspector shown me how it's visible via a striped reflector board even though it cannot visibly be seen without it.
I found this to be disappointing and clearly profit / commission lead as the next purchaser of the vehicle would not see this so called dent and will the so called dent really be repaired before its resold??
I had the car washed the evening before so this could have been a blemish in paint work.
From other reviews it appears on not the only one who feels this way that they are out to find fault and charge for any.

Was looking to sell my car on Autotrader, the option to get a valuation was offered so I decided to give it a go, was really happy with the quote given so booked an appointment with Manheim. Suzanna came out, valued the car, she got me a quote very close to the original offer and made the whole transaction seamless.
I was delighted with the whole service, saved me time and money.
Would definitely recommend this company and especially Suzanna.

Not at all impressed. Waited in all day Friday expecting to get rid of the vehicle just to be phoned at the very end of the day saying “diary constraints means the purchaser couldn’t make it”
Not good enough, I have things to do - if you can’t keep the commitment then don’t book it. The purchaser “Reggie Wells” had my phone number, but no he chose to leave it to the poor girl at the call centre to take the flak!

"End of lease inspection"
Unfortunately my lease company use Manheim for end of lease inspections. Inspector arrived and refused to inspect the vehicle because the exterior was unclean, he hadn't even looked around the car. I had to ask him to point out where and he highlighted a smear. I wiped it off but still refused to inspect. So I have taken pictures. There is no way I will be paying a cancellation fee. Awful attitude and customer service

The inspector, Kevin and his colleagues were really friendly and explained the process very clearly. Anyone unsure or nervous about the collection day for your lease car needn't with this team. It was nice meeting you all!
