I booked last minute, I was running late to pick up the car, they called to follow up. Everything was explained, they were patient with my questions and answered everything I asked. Staff was really helpful and courtesy. Prices were reasonable for the holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the way I was greeted and the manner the staff checked me in when I picked up my car. Diana was the one that checked me in when I returned the car and it was quick and painless to say the least. Not only the rental rates to lease a car were lower than the other rental companies but the superb service provided was nothing but excellent! I will be a returning customer without a doubt.

I’m EXTREMELY concerned with the PERSONAL INFORMATION of my driver’s license that a photo was taken of and was then emailed to me after I left the rental lot with photos of the car’s condition report and is publicly available via a website URL link that is host by AWS (Amazon Web Services). I was SHOCKED!!! Please remove the photo of my driver’s license immediately!

*** Sending DRIVERS LICENSE IDENTIFICATION via eMail using the PUBLIC INTERNET is NOT a secure way, it is a MAJOR security concern and should NEVER be done the way Driveo’s system is setup needs to be updated to AVOID this method at all extents. ***

I’ve NEVER experienced this with any other car rents company in the world until now.
