"Shaun is the worst"

Shaun is the worst. Talking to him feels like your dealing with a sleezy scammer. Booked online and expected to hop in a car and go once arrived… Shaun squeezed us for another $100+ Before getting keys. Car had electrical issues causing it to break down. We were charged with the roadside assistance.
2 other customers were actually yelling at him about his swindling while we were getting dealt with.

Zukhra Turdiyeva at 408 Carnegie Ave Newark, NJ was phenomenal. She provided superior service and she deserves to be recognized. I would not have made it through my transaction without her. She went above and beyond. Service like this is hard to come by. Please provide her with a award for her professionalism and dedication to make sure things were fine. I only want to work with her from now on.

The car was in poor condition and had only one working headlight.

Update: Drivo customer service contacted me to "make this right." They apologized and told me the following, offering a small reimbursement, but only if I update my rating to five stars:

"I have addressed your case to our branch manager recently and took a responsibility for reimbursing you $50 for the inconvenience. But before we proceed with the refund, could you please upgrade your review to 5 stars and once you do that, you can rest assured that the refund will be processed shortly and the receipt will be sent to you right away."
