I love my neighborhood DRIVO car rental. They keep improving their services to make sure the car is always available for their customers. The service is quick and easy no matter if you are picking up or returning. Thank you Brooklyn location for making our lives better 🙂.

Overall, it was a great value and will use them again. Even though wait at returning vehicle was longer than I thought all went well

directions from airport to get to rental was odd and had to call and wait for someone. Odd setup! Also wanted to see my proof of insurance and the declaration page. Never had a rental company do that. They apparently switched to a new charging vendor and put two holds on my credit card for the rental. Removed the hood after car was returned which was awesome in a timely manner.

The car itself was fine. Pick up was a nightmare. We waited an hour for the shuttle and another hour to get our car. The lady at the desk tried to tell me insurance I didn’t need.
