The prices are fairly decent compared to the other rental car places nearby. On the flip side, you will get a dirty nasty car inside and out. This is the 2nd time I rented a car from them that was not clean. Also the second time I went home with Covid. DISGUSTING!!!!! There should be a law against renting cars that haven’t been PROPERLY SANITIZED!!!! Also you will have bogus charges on your final bill!

Had a very bad experience the bus who was supposed to take me to the airport did not come staff refused to give me internet to ask for uber when i received the car employee made me pay expensive insurance or else I had to cancel my car cause I had international drivers license.
When i returned the car i asked them several times to call the shuttle bus driver cause he was late 1h45mn the employee told me he couldn’t call him on his cellular phone cause maybe he was driving.

This place is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The guy who helped us in Newark, Shawn, has the worst customer service ever. He even told us that is just the way people talk there. He saw our out of state ID’s and assumed we didn’t know the area but my wife and I are both from near the area and were home to see family. Our credit card was stolen so we used a different card than the one to pay and hold the vehicle and they charged us over 300 bucks for using a different card with the same name, same account, same everything except a different number. It seems like a scam to me!!

Mauvaise surprise. Obligation de souscrire une assurance US même avec paiement Visa Gold. Le prix de la location a doublé ! Aucune info précisant cela lors de la resa sur leur site web.
Accueil très moyen, voiture ok
Agence situé dans un quartier glauque.
Choisissez plutôt un autre loueur...
