"Terrible customer service"

Terrible experience from the second I stepped on the lot and there was no one at the rental desk until about five minutes after opening. I was given the wrong information by two separate agents the day before my trip letting me know I only required collision damage. I was forced to by liability at the desk. I was then asked to sign for a car that they later told me was blocked in by other cars so I had to go back to the deck to sign out a different vehicle. Shortly after leaving the lot my tire pressure steadily decreased and the usb charging port in the vehicle was not working. I was forced to bring the car back and had to go through the entire process again. I was assured by a supervisor this would be noted in my account. However I was charged for a tire replacement anyway. The entire experience was awful and customer service was highly unprofessional. I urge anyone looking for a car rental to pay the extra money and go through a reputable agency and avoid the using the Newark Airpot locations at all costs.

Quick pick up and return to airport. Large selection of cars. Friendly staff. Little hiccup but Nick was very helpful in rectifying the problem. Car was very reliable and great gas mileage.

I would absolutely recommend renting from Drivo at their location at JFK. Besides being much more affordable than the big boys, I had an issue while renting with the company and it was resolved by Customer Care Representative Aby. I appreciated their response to my issue.
