The initial wait for the shuttle was over an hour. However, the agent provided an upgraded vehicle as well as expressed his sincere apologies. The customer service from there was open and explicit of all charges with no surprise costs.

The vehicle was clean, modern and very fuel efficient.

Overall good experience except for the shuttle pick up.

(Train plus drivo shuttle) makes sense as rates really lower than mainstream competitors.

Car was not maintained properly. The Cruise control did not work. Car did not have windshield washer fluid and without that there was no way to clean the front windshield causing driving difficulties.
