"Would not honor the reservation price or size!"

Called to get a shuttle when we landed, they said it would be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes late I had to call again and it was about 10 minutes later that someone finally showed up. I reserved online for $189, "final price to be paid at pickup", they said they couldn't honor that reservation price and charged me over $250. They also did have the car size I reserved, so downgraded me for a higher price because "that's the best he could do". The car smells which they just tried to cover up by throwing multiple air freshners in there, it makes weird noises when you turn the steering wheel, overall, horrible experience and will never use them again

I was very impressed with the way I was greeted and the manner the staff checked me in when I picked up my car. Shawn F was the one that checked me in when I returned the car and it was quick and painless to say the least. Not only the rental rates to lease a car were lower than the other rental companies but the superb service provided was nothing but excellent! I will be a returning customer without a doubt.

The staff at Drivo was very professional. This included the driver of the pick-up vehicle at the airport and the on-site staff. Bob, who assisted me, was engaging and explained everything to me in detail. The car return was fast and my trip back to the airport terminal was within 10 minutes. All of my expectations were met.

I rented my car at Ace in La Guardia Airport. The experience overall was good. Not very happy to be forced of buying another car insurance aside from mine but wasn’t very expensive. Very good customer service.

"Ibo was the best"

It was late on a Friday and I still had a couple hour drive ahead of me. Ibo was patient and thorough with the testy/demanding customers ahead of me. When it came my turn he was cheerful and pleasant to work with. He quickly got me my car and sent me on my way after emailing me pictures to my account of the car so I knew that when I returned it I'd have assurance of the good condition the car was I'm when I received it. I liked this feature. Thansk Ibo for the great service.
