"Dishonest and unfriendly"

Had two horrible experiences. First I was not satisfied with the unavailability of cars. When my car was not available my option was an upgrade opposed to offering another car. Second I booked a standard to full size vehicle and was told that mid-sized and standard was the same size when standard size was not available 😑

Bait and Switch Low Rate at time of rental then double at return.. Fuel offer at 3.25 gal at return then 50 dollar surcharge

Book in auto rental for the price of 205 and Deposit 13 something but when Im getting the car at Drivo rental different rate plus did not dedict the deposit made to auto rental. Then I got only liability insurance but in the end they add more on what I request without telling me. The First Guy call me when I complain is rude and not helpfull at all. I just keep explaining my concern. Customer need to be aware before signing in to their contract cuz Until I got the receipt which I need to request since when I got the car they did not send to my email I need to get a printed receipt after I drop off the car, which I saw all the additional charges which are additional inssurance I did not get that they put on my acct, Im suprise. Customer need to be aware.

"Drivo is the worst"

Drivo is the worst , one of the worst staff, they have the dirtiest car, filthy smell, they gave the car with absolutely no fuel in the car , we had to push the car to the fuel station, they still haven’t deposited my refund

This was my first time renting from Drivo
but they made the experience pleasurable. They provide a timely shuttle to and from the airport and the check out and check in was quick and easy. In addition, their rates are reasonable. I’ll definitely look forward to my next rental from them when I’m in the area.
