The Innovo representative was very helpful, informed and cheerful. She double checked my address, since I had used a different one the last time I ordered. This was helpful, since the old one is the one I really prefer to use. I had a question about what I was ordering and she had the answer I needed.

I received my Innovo kit sometime in late October 2022. After using for a week or so I was being shocked really bad and asked for an exchange on the shorts. The shorts were replaced and I received the new ones around Mid November. I used the new shorts for about 4 weeks but started having issues with being shocked and error codes on the controller. I have tried for weeks to work through the errors and constant shocking but I can't take it any longer. The error code on the controller says that there is a problem with the pads on the shorts. As I already asked for one replacement I have been hesitant to ask again but I really need these shorts to be replaced. I have not been able to finish one 12 week round of treatment without being shocked and constant error codes. I am so disappointed in my experience with your product. Its been over a year since I last used the shorts and I am experience terrible muscle twitches in my legs and behind. This has happened ever since I had tried the Innovo Product. The twitches are so intense it wakes me up at night and I can't get bad to sleep. The shocking and the contracting of the muscles during use has not been a good experience because now I am having problems when I am not even using it.

I wouldn't give it a single star! It is rubbish. Waste of money. When demanded a refund l was told the policy changed and l was not liable for a refund as promissed earlier. I feel conned. Very expensive mistake. I wish l had never heard of them. This is preying on desperate women.
