I don’t know what has happened to customer service at this company. It used to be excellent but it’s now almost impossible to get a reply from them.
I have a non working kit and they have completely failed to solve my problem.
I have given up on them and ordered another firm’s device. I am angry about the amount of time and money I have wasted with Innovo.

I understand the company is now owned and being operated out of the US.
That could explain everything.
It is tragic when a good product falls in the hands of bad management.

"Terrible customer service / No RETURNS"
I purchased the set an it was not working properly then stopped working altogether after wearing the shorts 10 times. I really felt that this program works but when I tried to replace the product (within 30 days) I never received a reply or return label. I reached out to customer service via email 9 times (there is no number to call).
I am out over $500 for a product that doesn't work.
