"Scam?! Did not receive product after two months "
I ordered my trousers two months ago and nothing. Now they’re Not even responding to my emails. Has the company gone bust? What’s going on?

"Worst customer service experience"
Worst customer service experience. It seems that the company had gone out of business. I used Innovo for seven weeks and was very happy with the results. My pants started malfunctioning. I tried everything to get them to work with no luck. I called the customer service line, and emailed them for weeks with no response. Finally, I direct messaged on their instagram account and eventually got a message of apology and eventually received a new pair of the pants. This took so long however, that I felt like I had to start over and had wasted the seven weeks of progress from before. I started using the pants successfully for a couple of weeks, and then the controller itself started malfunctioning and giving me error codes. I tried calling the customer service number, leaving messages and no one would call me back. Finally, I just went ahead and placed an order and paid for myself a new controller. I just hope that with the new controller and pants, I can get them to last long enough for the 12 week program and maintenance. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service.

"Save your money"
Save your money! There is NO customer service or warranty. I have contacted this company concerning a repair or replacement for the past 6 weeks. I purchased these shorts in Dec. and after about 5 months the wiring has gone bad in one of the contact patches. I have left voicemails, live chats and emails. All I have received is an email to try different suggestions already offered in the booklet. I am out $550! Save your money!

I was only able to use the product for 2 weeks due to a malfunction of the product it took about a month to get the label to return the product. It took almost 4 weeks to get my money back. So over all I had a bad experience

I requested an exchange for the shorts that were too big. I returned the original shorts using the return label and I have never received the replacement shirts in the smaller size

Sadly, the shorts only lasted 4 weeks before there was an issue. No reply from customer service for ages and now nothing again. Hopeless. I still haven't resolved it and no one is answering. Appalling.

"Buyer beware"
Buyer beware, the shorts are defective and only last a few weeks. I had the first pair returned under warranty after being shocked. I did not use the replacement shorts for a while and after only about 10 uses, they failed as well and were out of warranty so the company would not replace them. This product is useless.

Pair of shorts for a different size. It took 3 weeks to get a return label and several calls. The product works but service is difficult.
