This has helped me so much postpartum and regaining confidence in public. Incontinence has definitely been an issue with me after giving birth and this has helped strengthen my pelvic floor so I’m no longer leaking as bad as I used to. It’s definitely worth the money and it’s great for postpartum moms!

Just like my other purchases of the shorts didn’t last long only 6 days. Threw them in the trash. Number 3 didn’t work after 6 times. It made a sound like it had shorted out. So I’m not trying anymore nerve wracking.

I love your product! I've been using Innovo for about two years and it's easy to use and incredibly effective. Thank you for that!
It took me TWO MONTHS and multiple interactions with your customer service agents to order my most recent replacement gel pads. I repeatedly got an error message that Innovo couldn't ship the pads to my mailing address, even though it's the same mailing address you've been shipping to for the past two years.
The customer service agent explained that you were having difficulties with your online ordering feature on the website, but really -- two months to fix a website error? We finally had to use a workaround to place the order.
I do love your product and I know it isn't the customer service agent's fault that your website isn't working. I hope you'll fix this error soon, as I'll want to order more gel pads in the future.

"Horrible customer service "
I purchased a unit in 2022 . The customer service is horrible. I the unit was not charging so I contacted customer service and they told me that I needed a new battery. I ordered a new battery it arrived and the unit still did not charge . Spoke with a customer service rep , I asked to speak with a supervisor. The rep told me that she needed to reach a tech. and that a supervisor would contact me ASAP. A week went by no contact from anyone from the company . I called again and was told they had to speak with Tech. I told the rep how frustrated I was . I was told that a supervisor would call me , several days have passed and nobody has contacted me.
Sadly I still have a unit that Does Not Work!!!
this is no way to treat customers.

"Product is faulty and customer service is horrendous "
I bought this product and the electrode panels in the shorts had a malfunction. They did send replacement shorts only to have the same issue. This does not work because of the electrode panel malfunction and they have refused to give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. It took a month for me to get the replacement shorts. Most of the time no one answers their customer service phone and when you leave a message there is no call back. Beware!!!

I bought a complete kit. I love the results. These shorts do work. Unfortunately,my shorts got a bad connection and I had to get new ones. I got shocked every time I tried to use them. I had a lot of trouble getting anyone. Finally I did, I got my new shorts and I’m back to,not leaking.

My customer service chat agent was knowledgeable about the product and the available options. The downside of connecting using the online chat feature is the initial chat with robot suggestions until enough tries trying to find the correct wording to express the issue I had to get transferred to an actual human. Having a menu of questions the robot could help with would be nicer and get moved faster. Unfortunately, the only resolution available was to return the product. I was getting good results with it, but I was experiencing some itching from the spray and/or the electrodes. I wish there were another option to try to overcome my issue before stopping the use of my INNOVO shorts, which were giving me marked improvement in pelvic floor muscle tone. However, I do understand to protect the product and prevent issues with it as quickly as possible
I really appreciate the offer to get my money refunded without more questions. I have received the email with return instructions and a postage-paid label to print.
