I use the wrap and needed new pads. The order came quickly, and the cost is very reasonable. I am trying to stay "at it" and do my 5x per week. It's a commitment, but after 2 weeks I already see improvements.

My Innovo shorts worked for 35 sessions and then would not. The error message saying various electrodes Not working.
I contacted Innovo, they told me to use more spray, check connectivity. Eventually, after I bought more conductive spray and a lot of emails, I had to return my shorts and once Innovo had received them and checked them, they sent me another pair. Obviously, I had missed a month of Innovo sesssions. The second pair of shorts worked for 2 sessions and then same “error “ messages. After more tedious emails I had to send back. This time Innovo sent me 2 leg wraps, cos they said I was between sizes, this would be a better fit for me.
My husband had brain haemorrhage and life interfered and so I only got 2leg wraps out this month. I had noticed a deterioration,eg losing wee when sneezing or laughing or coughing. I realised that although I had only done those 35 sessions they had really improved my stress incontinence.
Now after 6 sessions, these ‘new’ leg wraps , which are really difficult to put on correctly, are starting to say;” error electrode”. I am dreading having to go through all the time consuming emailing, postage , cost, waiting for replacements etc and no guarantee that it won’t go wrong again in a couple of months.
Innovo is expensive and having investigated other methods to improve stress incontinence , I know that you have to maintain. So you will have to use Innovo maybe yearly.

There was an issue with the shorts and replacement at no cost was easy. I received a mailing label to return the defective ones and received a new pair quickly.

Sorry for rating, It was not the battery! I am just so frustrated. I used it for about 12 times and it worked fine, then I tried to use it and it did NOT work! I tried several times to make it work. Then it sat in my closest for several months, then got it out again and decided to order a battery. It really did help my problem and now I am having problems again and wanted to use it, and battery didn't fix it. It is worthless in my closet! Can I just mail it all back and ya'll figure out what is wrong?
