"Works...until it gives you electric shocks"
I bought these shorts in 2019. At first they seemed to work. However, the shorts kept giving me an electric shock. I thought it odd and stopped the device. Tried a few more times and again got an uncomfortable electric shock. I haven't used them since. They have been sitting in their box and I feel I have wasted £200 on a product I haven't been able to use. Still got the bottles that came with it. I had high hopes but I wouldn't use anything that gave me pain like this.

Good concept, terrible product. On my second pair of shorts. They last about 4-6 weeks then stop working and flash error messages. Be prepared to waste hundreds and pounds and hours of your life trying to figure out what went wrong before giving up completely.

Customer Services have now REFUNDED the payment. So happy with this final resolvement.
Shame about the correspondence not arriving in mailbox so this was perceived as not receiving any update from iNNovo Customer Services.
Luckily you were able to see this.
Chance (?) its a technical issue on iNNovo's (email) exchange server, would recommend getting that resolved as it'll leave other buyers to possible use similar social network methods such as Trust Pilot, Facebook and Twitter but hey, it all worked out in the end.

The UK courier ‘ EVRi ‘ you asked me to use to return the SECOND ‘ malfunctioning ‘ SHORTS have lost this item. They admitted as such.
THREE times have emailed you at myinnovo.com & no one from Customer Support has responded.
Rang your SUPPORT Tel. line, which says ‘ Send an email. ‘
You’re DON’T respond to emails HENCE using TrustPiLot as not sure how else to get hold of you.
Previous emails have always seemed to work.
I have fully complied with ALL Your instructions to receive the REFUND.
Hopefully you can respond, if not, I’ll try another medium, Facebook and Twitter, as not sure what else to do so you can do your job and communicate to your paying customers.
