"Concept great product NOT"
I have never consistently gotten the system to work
Getting the shorts to fit is problematic...size 6 too tight..size 7 Stretched out !!! I could get it to work for 3 days in a row and then couldn't. There is a long wait time for tech support, that should tell you something.
I would love to have had it work for me...very dissapointed

My innovo shorts have brought a real improvement in my condition. However a technical issue arose with a pad which reduced their effectiveness. The customer services team are working to resolve the problem but in the interim, have arranged for replacement shorts so there is no break in my treatment. This is really appreciated.

Using the leg wrap instead of the shorts was too difficult. I could not get the pelvic floor contractions but my thin legs vs large but made the pants begin with error messages after about 6 weeks
