I was a bit apprehensive due to all the negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the good customer care which I received.
Good afternoon
Wanted to provide feedback following my BLS Biometrics home visit and subsequent visa approval.
Biometric cost £482 - I was quoted arou
nd the same figure by some of the agents recommended in this group therefore I opted for the BLS home visit. They supported me with paper work as I had made a few mistakes. Fingerprints and photos were taken at home
Home visit - 26 April
Passport at consulate - 09 May
Visa approved - 15 May
Passport delivered via DX - 17 May
I was at work but was able to check the drivers location on the tracker so I rushed home when he was a few miles from my address.

This was my 1st Schengen application- 6 months multiple entry visa granted.
Customer service was brilliant - tracking number provided after Biometrics visit was not working and I regularly contacted BLS as i was extremely worried. Contrary to all the reviews, I have seen online,they were quite responsive and professional. A couple of times I actually had call backs from BLS. I am really pleased and hope all other applicants have a positive experience.

"I was skeptical at first"

I was skeptical at first but I had no other choice than using BLS Mobile Biometric service. The experience was very smooth. I sent an inquiry email, they replied quickly, I paid the amount, they sent the guy, a few days later they called asking for an additional document, a few weeks later I received the passport with the Spanish visa on it.

"Not as advertised on the website"

Not as advertised on the website, you need to make clear the costs on the website, including that we need extra 50 pound to request the service at our time of choice. Even though you organised the time slot, it was never on time. It wasted my two whole days while going to BLS centre only probably cost me half a day. The contact service was not in time, staff seldom picked up the phone or answered email when I am in need. They hanged up the call because they couldn’t provide any details on when their team would arrive at my place. They didn’t realise to apologise for keep changing my appointment time until I explicitly pointed it out. It is not a satisfying experience.

"BLS mobile metric"

BLS mobile metric was a good option for obtaining a Schengen visa. The service did not match the premium price, as I was not notified of anything for up to 10 days, which resulted in anxiety and disappointment. However, the staff helped ensure the safety of my passport. Still, I must ask them to confirm my reference number; otherwise, nothing will be notified. Although the overall experience was disappointing, the visa was successful, and I would recommend this to anyone willing to risk their money and have spare time to phone them up consecutively.

"Professional service"

The staff who collected my documents and biometrics was polite and straightforward. It took BLS a week before they submitted my application to the Mission. And I got the approved Spain visa within a week from submission.

"Absolute rubbish service"

Absolute rubbish service, 6 weeks no response from them whenever I call them hear kids crying in the background no professionalism at all.
Called them many times and usual reply is we’ll get back to you and they never did.
Used worst mail service to return my documents 1 week the carrier service is sitting on my parcel no reply from them aswell.
Rubbish service avoid dont get scammed by them, you’ll get depressed and worried after using their service.

"Great but…"

The idea behind this service is brilliant and should be seamless, however, communication with the team providing this service was just terrible and made the process more frustrating. The service is more costly than your typical appointment and as a result, expectations would be higher and certain standards should be delivered. Irregardless, the essence of the service is great and handy and I would still recommend and hope things improve quickly.
