It took two weeks to get a conclusion on time because of the customer service personnel asking me the same questions over and over.
It was sometimes difficult to reach the customer service because there was mostly no response on the phone as it just rang and rang.
On the day, I was given a set time, the mobile service team arrived 4 hours later. I did not get any communication concerning this until later in the day, way past their arrival time.
I was sent a form by the customer service team to fill. When the mobile team got in, I was told to print something else as the one I first got was old. What if I did not have a printer at home?
There are other things but overall, I was very disappointed. After paying a very huge amount for this, the minimum services were not even met.

They messed up my application and submitted wrong documents. As a result, my visa was issued incorrectly, my whole trip is screwed up and it cost me a fortune.
The agency doesn't take any responsibility, completely ignore all my emails and calls. They promised to work on that, but after that only hang up the phone.

"The absolute worst experience ever"
The absolute worst experience ever. Stay away no matter what. While they did book me an appointment within a few days and picked up my documents on set day (27th March), my documents were only delivered to the consulate on the 12th of April. That means that it took them 16 days to deliver my documents when it’s supposed to take only 3 working days. Additionally, I received no updates or reference number after they picked up my documents even though I was promised to receive the reference within 48 hrs. It took numerous calls, e-mails and complaints to finally receive a reference number. Absolute worst customer service on the planet as they will promise to get back to you and never do.
Most importantly, as mentioned, my documents were sent to the consulate two weeks later than promised. My trip is on the 21st of April and I highly doubt I will be able to receive my visa on time.
The experience was definitely not worth the stress and I don’t even know if I will receive my visa or not.
Not to mention the ridiculous cost.
Absolutely 0 value for money.
No matter what, don’t go for this service. It’s a rip off.

"After SO many back-and-forths thru…"
After SO many back-and-forths thru email, finally secured a March 10 appointment and was moved to March 14 where their representative took our biometrics and papers (as a group) but never updated us what happened to our applications after. I was only able to get info from embassy itself texting me on the 29th! Apparently partner and express sat on our papers for 10 days (2 weeks) and only submitted them on the 29th. IF they had set expectations and informed us about ANYTHING AT ALL then we wouldnt have gotten shocked at the delay in their work. Not to mention we paid an expensive amount of money for their subpar service. Very terrible. There's definitely space in this market for another company to come do better.
The most frustrating part is the embassy never has open appointment dates so the mobile biometric service if your only (hellish) way to get your visa application submitted.

they took my biometrics and documents and the man said that i will have the tracking number in 2 days unfortunately it was not the case as i received it after two weeks after several phones calls and emails and the guys didn't have a clue where my passport was.

Absolutely terrible experience, I am very dissapointed. I had my data collected on the 14th of March, after paying a fortune. This data was only submitted for review on the 24th of March almost 2 weeks later. I am now very worried that this will not be processed in time for my flight.

Good thing about this mobile BLS is you don't have to go out of the house and they will do everything for you.
However, the service is very expensive. The tracking they said will be available to you, happened after I got my passport. I have applied to other visa application centre and by far, BLS is the worst. From scheduling that always full immediately to non helpful and rude call centre agents for queries and questions and to the old school website they have. I will definitely just apply visa to other countries' visa processing centre than to go through BLS again.
