However, the team requested to change our home visit time on the very same day in the morning, which was not convenient at all.
They were then able to accomodate the same agreed time, which resolved our concerns. However, this was not ideal and created unnecessary stress to our morning, but glad they were able to sort things out.
We were quite happy with the service provided at home. The consultant was quite pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent.
He reviewed our file and the papers submitted and highlighted that we were missing 1 key document, which he kindly waited for us to print and provide.

WORST NIGHTMARE USING THIS SERVICE:
Partner and Express are one of the worst service providers and by far the most useless customer service teams I have come across.
I have used them for my visa because no other appointments were available - and it took me 15-20 emails and 10 phone calls before I could get an appointment confirmed. All that - because I asked them a question that they don't have as a part of their standard FAQs and as a result they kept saying they will call me back in 10 mins and no one called me. After 10 unsuccessful attempts to get an answer, I booked an appointment anyway as I had no other choice. I had very limited time before my holiday and I was assured that it was enough to get my visa.
They submitted my visa application 1 week after collection of the application and biometrics from me. And today I am sitting a day before my trip and still don't have my visa. When I call them to ask what was going on and why my application was submitted a week late, I get the same response for the last 6 days - 'sir, someone will call you back in 10 mins' and no one ever calls back.
I will not ever be using this service again - and I would warn anyone planning to use them to think twice.

I’m so thankful for partner and express, they are the only reason I didn’t cancel my trip. Yes, it is very costly, but it is worth every penny! The whole process took 12 working days, which I’m very surprised about. Definitely will use again.

Absolute scum bags, I’ve paid for a service I did not receive as P&E cancelled my application yet I’ve been charged £500 and receive a refund of £108
The fees are
Mandatory charges( Mobile Biometrics fee, BLS and Visa Fee - £285
Admin, transportation and Processing charges - £165
None of the above was carried out yet I am out of pocket £400. The customer service is terrible, no one is interested or cares, avoid this company at all costs.

"Excellent, speedy service"
I wasn't able to make an appointment for my Schengen Visa, and made the decision to use Partner and Express. The entire application was seamless from beginning to end. The gentleman who visited me at home to take my biometrics was polite and professional. I was notified by text when my application was received by BLS, and I was advised when my passport was on its way back to me via courier. The entire process took 9 working days. I highly recommend this service.
