"Terrible service but result was good."
OK how to start. Probably the worst experience of customer service EVER. Would phone and no answer but they would always call me back. Communication massive issue but did reply to the emails. Fingerprint officer came 4 hours late. Etc etc.. Total rubbish. BUT when I thought there was no hope and paid the £450 to partner and express to express my wife's Spanish schengden visa with less that a month until we went on holiday they did give me a short notice appointment to do the fingerprints.. They did come and take the fingerprints on the day they said for my wife's schengden visa to Spain.. The documents were in the embassy a few days later and my wife's passport and visa was returned 13 Callander days later.

The worst service that i have ever get in my life. They dont respect customers, they dont know anything for what they are doing.
I have to go back to Turkey due to earthquakes, they dont help me at all to speed up my process and even offered me a VIP service to get Turkish visa (they did not even check if I am a Turkish citizen or not)!!!!
Never ever deal with them
Call center is a mess, they dont know anything and emails they never return!
It has been 6weeks since i made the application and still nothing!

"Efficient, but could communicate better."
Did what they promised, got my visa sorted from home. Effortless booking through email, and prompt replies to all follow-up queries.
No follow-up/confirmation before appointment, then not there in 2-5pm slot. Arrived 5:30pm.
Friendly, efficient and helpful.
Took 10 days from appointment for any progress report/update of any kind, but 48hrs later had visa in hand.

This company is one of the worst and most incompetent service providers I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and not just for visas. To be fair, everything was going smoothly up until I submitted my documents. From that point onwards, I never received anything from them about the status of my application or the location of my passport. I was told I'd receive an auto-email when my documents were collected, and I didn't. I was told I would receive an SMS when my documents were delivered, and I didn't. I emailed them after 5 days asking for updates about the whereabouts of my documents. They said they received my documents and would send me an application reference number to track my application, and they didn't. After ONE MONTH, I spent three days chasing them up for the application reference number (which I never received, even today) and they had absolutely no idea. Their staff are completely incompetent. They keep deflecting when asked simple questions, clearly have no clue what's going on, saying they will "check with the team and update me" (and then never updating me). They never answer their phone and, when they do, they are unhelpful and say they will call me back (and then don't call me back). Shameful, extortionately expensive service that fails to deliver very basic things.

"Stressful experience with a positive outcome"
Booked apply at home service. No advise on documents required was received. We had to ask and they sent us an application form by email. First appointment was cancelled because of staff absence. They arrived late for the second appointment. When they arrived and checked our paperwork they said we should have filled in another form, even though they hadnt told us that before. They said that we would receive a confirmation text message within 2-3 days. That message never came. After a few days, we asked for an update and they kept saying they would check and come back to us. They never came back to us. Eventually, we had to make a complaint to BLS and the Spanish consulate because Partner & Express were not providing any updates. Finally, BLS confirmed they had the application and it was being processed and we received the visa. The service cost £747 and we received the passport and visa back 11 working days after it was collected. But that was after lots of complaining to find out what was happening. A successful outcome but VERY stressful because of their lack of customer service skills provided by Partner and Express.
Also worth noting that Partner & Express have a compulsory strike off order against them from HMRC because they havent submitted some documents, which was very worrying for us

I booked my visa appointment ages ago and I returned back from a business trip in Germany to catch my appointment and a person called me on the day of our appoinment to ask if we could make it in the morning rather than in the evenning because it would be easier for them and I said yes if they don’t want to see my daughter in person because she would be at school. He said that would’t be possible so not changed anything and I expected them to show up on time but they didn’t even bother to tell me they wouldn’t come. I called the person back at 4pm (after 30mins later than my booking) to ask the where he was and he said it would take 4 hours to come to my house so asked me if we could make it on Saturday instead and I asked a time frame for Saturday then I have been told that he would call me to confirm it.
Since then I can not reach anyone and even their customer service is not picking up my calls. awful customer service!

Terrible service. Have been chasing them to set an appointment date for four days, they weren't responding. On the phone they say they need to check and respond within 5-10 minutes, but then they never call back and don't pick up the phone.
In the end i booked an exclusive service, putting all my information down. They didn't show up
