"The sizing is way out"
The sizing is way out. I ordered a blouse in my normal size 16 and it was huge. After sending it back I was already down £10 in postage fees with nothing to show. I ordered two more blouses in a 14 and they fitted perfectly. But once again more postage fees. I then ordered a pullover which only came in 12/14 or 16/18 so I ordered a 12/14 and paid for the return postage in case it didn't fit. It arrived and it is too small so once again I am out of pocket because of the unreliable sizing . It was not cheap but I am reluctant to send it back and reorder as if I do, all this hin and here would have cost £30 in postage with nothing to show for it. The pullover as expensive as it was will go to charity. I am done with Woolovers and will never order again. Btw I still haven't received my refund even though I was advised over the phone I had been refunded. I very very rarely leave a negative review but this one is well deserved.

Poor customer service, web site advertising 15% discount over £100 but not available when you place the order. Phoned customer service, no answer as to why but happy to take the order! Eventually negotiated 10% discount.

"L20M mens roleneck lambswool jumpers"
L20M got two of these in December. Lovely jumpers. worn the green one a lot as l work outside and it's warm. But it has pilled (little wool balls) all over the front and even on the back. It's very disappointing l got a light blue one too but hardly worn that and that has pilled too it's a shame l did look quite respectable but now my jumpers don't look good any longer and l have washed them so carefully too ☹️ Sarah x

"Disappointed "
The quality of my Guernsey jumper was good, but the sizing was way too big. I tried to get advice from customer services as I felt that I was between sizes, but they didn't know anything re sizes that wasn't in the brochure. I spoke to/emailed wih Customer services (a different person every time) several times about getting an exchange for a smaller size, but suddenly I got a refund. This was not what I wanted, but had to presume they couldn't help. I have bought things from Woolovers several times, but sizing is not easy to get right.

They took my money even though the item was out of stock, which I only found out about when I queried why the order hadn't arrived. I asked for an immediate refund which has been processed but will take 4 days to show up. Interest free loan or what!

"Terrible Customer Service!!!!"
Avoid using this company, the customer service is very poor and the products are of a poor quality. I received my order along with another customer’s order and needed to return these items and requested a pre-paid label two weeks ago and still have not received this. No one appears to action anything.

Very poor customer service, followed washing instructions but jumper seriously shrunk and was like thick felt. Woolovers are not interested because I hadn’t kept my order confirmation.
