After many yeas of trouble free shopping at Woolovers I had two problems within a short time.
One product did not appeal to me, the other was wrong item. delivered.
Both problems were resolved courteously within reasonable time.

Not sure about the products but their systems are not good and customer service terrible.
Ordered a gift for my wife's birthday. Received no communication at all.
6 days later I phoned to be told it was out of stock. Still waiting for a refund

Beware of buying from this company.
Hand-washed a jumper, after wearing it twice, had felt stuck all over my hands, horrible. Dried it and it was covered with this horrible fluff. Emailed, spoke with customer service, sent photos and was assured they would be in touch. Two weeks later I emailed again - deafening silence! I’ve had golden retrievers that shed less than this.

Products are great, the problem is customer service. I placed an order at 9am on 23rd March. Previous orders had always arrived within the 5 working day delivery window so I didn't bother with express shipping. I spent over £200 on a number of items in the sale. I chased with customer service on the 27th March when the order still had not been processed. 1 item was now out of stock and refunded and I was told the order would be dispatched immediately. 29th March i contacted customer service again when my order status still hadn't changed. Although I have now received a couple of items, more than half of my order remains outstanding at 6th April. A further conversation with customer service has confirmed 2 more items are now out of stock. All this time, Woolovers has had full payment for an order I have only partially received. I am really annoyed and no longer trust this company

"Appalling customer service"
Appalling customer service. I ordered and paid in full for an online order. I had to call twice to discover that the item was out of stock and would not be despatched. No effort was made to contact me or refund payment until I had to ask (twice!) and then 5 days to refund. Apparently all the managers were too busy to speak to me

"Very bad experience"
Very bad experience, shall not use this firm again.
I purchased a bee hotel, I then recieved TWO bee hotels not of course having ordered two, I was then told by a person at your firm to take it back to the post office & obviously pay for the return at my expense!!
It was not my mistakes, your firm is obviously hoping that rather than paying for the return I would keep it! Disgraceful "service",it should have been collected by a courier or whoever you use.

"Not happy…"
I bought a cardigan for my husband for a Christmas present and he was really pleased with it. The problem came after it was washed, according to the label's instructions and it has shrunk. I contacted the company, who replied quickly asking me to return the garment for analysis. It was returned to me with a letter blaming the spin speed. I have never had any wool garment do this before, so unfortunately, I will not be buying from here again, plus I need to now replace an expensive gift.

Great quality, bought a quarter zip jumper from here and it fits and feels great. Delivery took a few days but very satisfied!

"Appalling service"
Appalling service. I ordered and paid for a jumper on 25th of March 2025. It was sold as being IN STOCK. When I enquired by phone where the product was I was told it was on back order and would be delivered on the 9th September. You took my money for something you did not have, you sold it to me as being in stock. You thought that 6 months was a reasonable time to wait. Your customer service person was completely disinterested in the facts and in any notion of ‘customer service’
Will never deal with you again.
