Our trip to Makkah and Madinah went very very well, Wajahat Mustafa of Umrah International helped us from the beginning to the end, booked tickets/arranging hotels/transfers/transportation and including tours,
And it is worth to mention about Miraj Bhai, I don’t know his last name, as a coordinator he guided the entire umrah group so well, we didn’t face any problem/issues at all.
This was our( my wife & I) 2nd trip with Umrah international, they provided us with best hotels with delicious food

I cannot express enough gratitude to Umrah International for the exceptional care and service they provided for my parents and sister during their Hajj journey. As someone entrusting their loved ones to a travel agency for such a significant spiritual pilgrimage, I was naturally concerned about their well-being. However, knowing that Brother Abdul Qadir was personally overseeing their trip gave me immense comfort and peace of mind.

From the moment they departed to their return, every aspect of their journey was meticulously planned and executed. The accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah were comfortable and conveniently located, ensuring ease of access to the Haram. Transportation was smooth and reliable, with no unnecessary delays or complications. Most importantly, Abdul Qadir and his team remained in constant communication, ensuring that my family’s needs were met and that they were fully supported throughout the experience.

"Umrah International Review"

Overall experience with Umrah International was good. I worked with Wajahat and he was very helpful setting up my flights and hotel. He was also very patient as I had a lot of back n forth with him regarding tickets for other family members who were interested in going. The overall process is questionable as they expect you to Zelle your remaining balance oppposed to a standard charge. Overall the communication, bookings, and initial set up was smooth with no issues. The accommodations provided by the company including hotels, flights, and rides were nice.

I had to knock down one star because of a miscommunication that took place my first day arriving to Mecca. The driver told us our hotel was switched last minute and dropped us to the wrong hotel even after I had told the driver this was not the hotel on our reservation. While trying to figure out the situation and needing a ride to the correct hotel, I was told by Umrah International to book a taxi as no drivers were available and may take few hours for someone to get us. I ended up paying a taxi out of my own pocket to get to the right hotel after a long day of travel. This was extremely upsetting and started our trip on the wrong foot.

However outside this inconvenience, everything else was good. The drivers are all trustworthy and helpful. I left my jacket in one of the cars and didn't realize until I was in Medina (4 hours away). The driver went out of his way to coordinate to help me get my jacket back.

Overall they are a good company with a few quirks to iron out. I am thankful for the experience they were able to provide in having me complete my first Umrah.

Wajahat did his best to book hotels and transportation service for us.

Im disappointed that the vendor that they work with short handed my hotel room. I paid for kaaba view but didn't get that and when i arrived at the hotel the reception said rooms with kaaba view were available but i had to pay $500 USD extra. Which didn't make any sense.

Going through agencies is bit convenient but they'll short hand you easily.

Next time I'm booking everything myself not that hard to do but takes some time.

Also umrah Visa took very long to process.

Umrah International maybe a good agency but i learned that booking everything yourself is better and not that hard.

Everything was top tier from the hotel , transportation, service and the guide help my son 11 years old a lot .Wanted to thank Fatima especially for her time and effort making sure everything was perfect and smooth for us . "This company is called umrah…"

This company is called umrah international based in Houston Texas - also goes by the name and many other names. Please don’t trust them with any umrah or hajj trips!!! They promote cheaper prices as compared to orhwr groups and so we agreed yo go with them. They kept pushing us until we paid them everything via zelle , then changed the hotels on us (after promising us specific five star hotels we agreed on), also told us three nights in madina and four nights in Makkah then changed on us forcing five nights in madina and two nights in Makkah!! They said we will be part of a geouo moving together. We are now in day number four in madina and havent met anyone in the ‘group’ yet. We are in madina we dont know much about whats next. We should leave tomorrow to makkah based on the itinerary we signed up for but they said no. We should’ve been told before they shortened the days in makkah, that wasnt fair. Please be careful before booking with them. We are very upset. They destroyed the feeling of excitement we had for the trip. we came for a peaceful experience and We are in shock- at how people who are supposed to help others perform something as beautiful as umrah or hajj -can be indirect scammers! I thought it’s my duty to tell others to please watch out and avoid booking with these people!!

Our travel agent's name is Abdul Qadir. He arranged an Umrah package for us and our trip was great. From here to Saudi Arabia, we traveled very comfortably. Then, as soon as we reached there, a car came to pick us up at the airport and then the car took us straight to the hotel. The hotel was also very good, right next to the Kaaba Sharif. Then, the next day, they took us on a pilgrimage to all the other places, which was very good. The driver who was there for the pilgrimage also gave us a lot of information. After that, they took us to Madinah. Their car also took us to a very good hotel there and we got a very good tip from them. Then, our return trip was also very smooth.

"Be careful. Don't trust Umrah International "

Salam. I want just give brothers and sister a warning regarding booking Umrah and Hj with Umrah international. Be careful that these people stolen my money. I called so many time they didn't answer. I want the adress they have on their website. Can you believe they don't have a location. The adress they mentioned on the website is just for their mail. I could not get contact with anyone. Make sure when you choose agent go to their location first. Make sure at least they have office. If something happens, you meet them in person. You know the umarah and Haj is close, please be careful. Don't trust Umrah International. They use Islam and talk to you very nice as they are your brothers. As soon as they get your money they don't even answer your calls.
