Machine and delivery ok but that's where it ended it took numerous phone calls and several weeks to get the manual,the fact it said on a label read instructions before using the mower!! What was I suppose to do I know ring customer services this led to several promises (they do sy they are like pie crusts made to be broken,) then I received about 20 printed pages in many languages English in bits after a further complaint the manual arrived hi hi

Sent an mower with instructions that were in French and missing screws. Contacted them several times to get instructions in English and replacement screws. Took many attempts to get anything from them. The mower itself is not robust nor worth the money.
Wouldn’t buy from here again.

Mower arrived. Did not work. Numerous calls and e mails - no response. Eventually someone called and determined it was a faulty battery. New battery sent but obviously not the fault. Numerous further calls made and promises of return calls never made. Then complete silence and to this day we have not had a return call. Four months and as far as you are concerned the mower is not working and you have failed to even make contact. Failed to supply a return label as is your legal obligation so had to engage a local mechanic. Due to replace my sit on tractor and guess who I will not be giving the trade to this time. John Hunt

Chipperfield ride on mower is really suited to our garden very efficient turns corners well and does the job effectively. It was a little difficult to put the lawnmower together as instructions missed out a mention of connecting the battery which would have helped, otherwise very happy with this mower. Thanks.

The box it came in was torn to pieces the bolts for the handles were missing ,it took 5 phone calls to get the wrong bolts twice,so I sent picks of the box and what was missing the bolts were sent twice and both times wrong in the end I bought the bolts else where the mower is very nice shame about the service crap
