The company have awful customer service--it may as well be non exsistant. Faulty product, ignore emails and requests for phone calls. They promise they will call back once investigated however never do and they deny all knowledge of the order despite having email proof. Avoid.

Checked by phone that a bottle of oil came with it and was reassured it did. Arrived with no oil. Three year warranty shown on website and printed on the box. It came with two years. Oil sent gratis a day or two later - thank you. After a rustle, I was offered a three year warranty by MowDirect but it should have been easier to resolve without having to resort eventually to quoting consumer protection law. I was made to feel they were doing me a favour rather than they were fulfilling their honourable obligation.
