I contacted London & Kent surveyor for my level 2 survey as part of my mortgage application, and they provided me with initial free research report which provided a a lot of information about the property, which made me to contract them for the job, the survey was done on the agreed date and the report available after 3 days as they assured me. The communication was effective and responsive both calls, emails and WhatsApp. The survey report was detailed and covered all the areas of my concern.
I was notified of post survey follow up which I called Samuel Carrasco and he took time to explained everything to me, clarified me of my questions and equally recommended professional advice to me.

We got a Level 3 survey done with London & Kent Surveyors, and our experience with them was excellent. After booking with them they contacted the Estate Agent and got an appointment booked. The survey was completed on the day it was scheduled and on time. The report was also generated and sent to us within 4 days. The report was detailed with photographs of all the areas surveyed. It also highlighted very well what was good and what needed our attention. We also were able to get a call scheduled with the surveyor and he too was very helpful and answered all our questions. The survey was actually well detailed. Funny thing is we were informed about this surveyor by a friend of ours who advised us to do a level 2 survey because we were skeptical about the process and its usefulness but after the survey was carried out, I can say this company lives up to the perfect review they have. Even from the initial quote that was sent, we could see some due diligence had been done on the property even when they didn't have to. The survey itself was well detailed, and we had a follow-up call to just discuss anything worthy of note. I highly recommend these guys. Good work.

Very comprehensive and thorough Level 2 survey and report. The follow-up call with the surveyor was incredibly helpful to get a better understanding of the issues and the best approach/option to remedy them and the financial implications. Survey was easy to book and the online portal to track the progress is very useful. Communication was prompt and friendly. I also found the free initial research report super interesting. They offered a Blue Light Card discount which was nice too.
