My Bitmore pro TWS failed 3 months after purchasing from a TUI flight. I emailed to report the issue bu failed to get a reply, I then had to make several calls and was put on hold several times and cut off, I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told (sorry I work from home and there is no supervisor), When I asked who the call handler reported to I was cut off yet again, When I did eventually manage to speak to Ryan in the support office, he knew of other problems and replaced the faulty buds, not sure how long the new ones will last but if they fail again I think I will just bin them and buy some quality ones.

A big thank you to Bitmore and Ryan, for quickly resolving a problem I had with a 4 port USB charge unit which I purchased in November 2022.
The unit developed a fault and on contacting Bitmore, it was replaced promptly.

I had a problem with my purchase I contacted Bitmore with my issues battery only lasting minutes they replaced it within days of my contact with them and I now have a fully functioning camera so great customer service
