I bought bit more earbuds on a easy jet flight but only one ear piece works ( volume at max) any ideas how to get both working

I bought a Bluetooth led pulse 5W speaker on a TUI flight. Unfortunately the speaker was faulty as no sound would play which was disappointing as I’d purposely bought the speaker to use on holiday. When I returned home I emailed Bitmore Customer Services and after providing some product information a replacement speaker was sent out to me. Ryan who handled my case provided great after sales customer care and all my emails were answered quickly. The whole process took just a couple of days. The new speaker is just what I wanted, small to take away, connects to my IPhone via Bluetooth so I can play my music and the sound quality is very good for such a small device. Can’t wait to take it on my next holiday :-)

Firstly the negative…
I bought one of Bitmore’s power banks. It turned out to be faulty.
Now the positives…
I contacted Bitmore online and described the problem. Their response (from Ryan) was very quick and supportive. He made several suggestions and asked a few questions. After a couple of exchanges between us it was agreed that the product (and not the user!) was at fault.
A replacement was sent to me and arrived within two days.
That replacement works perfectly.
