I received my items broken. Two of the boxes had many items broken. Their shipping carrier is very BAD. I have pictures to prove what I’m saying

Ordered 2 Louis Vuitton fragrances. Both clearly counterfeit. The smell is also completely wrong as I own both and have samples — have requested a refund under UK consumer act. Terrible to deceive people into thinking they sell genuine testers. Clearly FAKE, do not purchase from this website. It’s laughable how bad they smell

"Bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from…"

Bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from this scammers on line. It arrived on time as advised but the issue was the counterfeit product in the bottle. The supposedly king of perfume was barely noticed, let alone after 20 minutes. Clearly FAKE. When I reached out, they were very committed about their products and even referred to the product safety manual enclosed with the package as genuine product information. That was another layer of their scam to know that these scammers knowingly send out fake counterfeit items. Those two page product safety sheet is identical to any perfume sold by these scammers. When disputed they have this standard rebuttal sent out and then blame that the time has run out.They issued a partial refund of $73 for the item that cost $300.

10 дней собирали заказ. Потом сказали, что товар поврежден. Я попросила фото товара. Но потом мне ответили, что не могут оправить товар, потому что не достаточно было на складе. Очень противоречивая информация. И это не профессионально.
