Unfortunately I had to return the shoes as they didnt fit and it was difficult trying to return them from a West Coast Island in Scotland. However the company did everything they could to ensure I could have the parcel picked up from my house for which I am very grateful

Was on holiday in Australia recently and had purchased a pair of Vionic trainers to wear beforehand. After a few wears the upper of one shoe came adrift. I contacted Vionic customer service including photos of the damaged shoe. I was delighted with the immediate response from them. A new pair of trainers was despatched to my UK address to coincide with my return home. There was no quibbling on their part. Absolutely delighted with their customer after services. I have bought a number of products from Vionic and would highly recommend them. Thanks to Gemma!

Having bought shoes for my son with great success from here I now find the site almost ridiculous, hardly any shoes for men. What is going on? Are they in the process of shutting down? Surely they still manufacture shoes and if so where are they as there are none on their website.

Customer Services don’t seem to understand, following three emails, that I have been sent the wrong size product, would like to return this product and have a free delivery of the size that I actually ordered. I even have the delivery note stating the size I ordered and contradictory photos of the product that arrived in the wrong size. I’m not sure how much clearer I can be, I’ve even sent the photos.

After finding that I now have to wear arch support footwear I really didn’t know where to start. I contacted Vionic by phone and asked relevant questions on sizing, a lovely lady called Gemma was so helpful, I ordered the stylish shoes and they arrived the very next day and fit superbly, I will definitely be ordering more.

Gemma was not helpful. Sam Edelman shoes sent me a different size than I ordered and refused to let me exchange the shoes and Gemma was not helpful in hearing my case, I have no choice but to take this up with small claims court now

Received an email to say there has been an inventory discrepancy so my trainers order is now cancelled as they are sold out! I am offered a discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill, but sorry, I am very disappointed. It is so difficult to get an E fitting in a stylish trainer, plus at a good price!
