Fine until you need customer service…
I’ve placed a few orders with Vionic and in the most recent one I received the wrong size. The box said the right size but the shoes inside were the wrong size. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for a reply to my support ticket about how to resolve this and receive the correct size without having to pay delivery on a new order.
Don’t bother trying to call their phone number, it’s only open 10am til 4pm (when most customers will be working 9am til 5pm) but when you do call their number there’s no answer and goes to voicemail. Even leaving a voicemail does nothing because I’ve not received a call back from the two voicemails I’ve left.
Is this company even still in business? They don’t seem to have a customer service team if they are…

Very complicated to return items. You have to email at least 3 times to get proper instructions. I'm still waiting. Very slow and poor customer service. They provide a telephone number but its on answerphone.

Great shoes. But you have changed your sizing and now only three styles are in my size. To be frank, two of the three styles are ugly. My foot is longer than your size 42. Please make more styles in size 43.

Don't buy their slippers.
After 10 months of wear, the heel had come away and had holes in. Inside, the ball had completely worn down as well as the heel.
I've then been told by customer service that this is general wear and tear. So slippers that cost £60+ are only usable for 10 months max before "general wear and tear" wrecks them?...
Do not buy these slippers. Don't waste you money on a product you can use for less than one year.

No update on my tracking, they keep saying they have shipped but tracking has not updated since the 26th of April . The replys are copy and paste canned responses.

Long, unacceptable delays from Vionic. Now not honouring the sale price originally on offer when I ordered in the first place……
My initial complaint has NOT been resolved despite Visonic’s previous response on TrustPilot.

else they are £80. Contacted GEMMA direct at Vionic. She has been absolutely wonderful in replying promptly. She is a great asset to VIONIC.
