"Disappointed 😞 "

This week I have dealt with 3 customer service departments. Slazenger, Vionic, and Rituals. Vionic was sadly bottom of the list. Both the other companies gave outstanding service and I shall be a returning customer. Vionic, sadly not. I emailed in with a problem with a shoe, £70 worth of flip flop!! And was given only the option of returning for a refund if it was within 30 days. I believed if I had a fault with an item, it didn't matter how long you have had them? Still current stock, luckily a friend of mine found it was a stitch sticking out that caused a cut on my foot, and gently filed it down so I could wear them. Could a large company charging that much for a shoe not have helped me out in the same way?

"Shoddy communication & customer service "

Website advertised next day delivery when I ordered on 30th May. I have now received an email advising orders placed after 28th May will be delivered on Friday 7th June. I go on holiday tomorrow, Wednesday 5th May #fail

"Amazing service."

An order failed to be delivered, not the fault of Vionic. When reported to Vionic there was the offer of 'starting again' or a refund. The forner was not convenient immediately so a refund was chosen. This took place within minutes, literally! What amazing service. Thankyou Vionic, a re-order will occur as soon as convenient. Thankyou for more than excellent service, Gemma!!

"It is impossible to order from you"

It is impossible to order from you. I made small mistake with the discount code and got blocked. Tried over and over by e-mail to get unblocked – but in vain.
And today the discount runs out.
Please help!

2019 I bought two pairs of Vionic flip-flop sandals in India. 2021 they were worn out so - beeing most satisfied with the foot support they provided - I bought two new pairs from Vionic US. Now they too are worn out so I tried to repeat the purchase, just to be told they did not sell over seas anymore. I was recommended to try Vionic in Germany or UK instead. Tried Germany, Vionic DE, because of Brexit and got to a that had no trace of Vionic products, only three links to other shoe companies - one of which specialized in horse shoes...
On the web I found Vionic.Sweden. Worthless for me - a dead end site ending in total impotence regarding combining my mail address with a functioning
Kafka could have written about this.
So I turned to Vionic Ireland - within the EU - and managed to order and pay for two new pairs.
They never came. Instead my bank gave me a new card since someone in Australia had tried to squeez money out of my account using the one I paid with on the irish site.
So i decided to deal with you, Vionic UK. Impressive site! Generous discount! I easily found my favourites and ordered, but alas made a mistake filling in the discount code and got blocked. Trying to get this right again I was treated with a lot of advertizing mails and a few actually responding to my problem. The content in those was also worthless to me. Kafka could have...
Today your message reaches me: you do not sell and ship to Sweden.

My conclusion: Vionic shoes - the company that so far has provided me with four pairs of high class sandals -must have gotten hijacked by crooks using the good name to swindle their customers.
The alternate conclusion: that the company in just a few years has caught a plague that dramatically has affected competence on all levels world wide is too far fetched. Almost as impossible too order sandals from you.
Turned to Amazon instead. sandals will arrive friday to my doorstep.

"Poor customer service"

Bought a pair of trainers that were rarely worn. They had a rope like material trim around the edge that has completely disintegrated where the shoe bends. The rest of the trainer is perfect. When I told the company and showed them photos they said it was normal wear and tear. Absolutely not it was bad design! The rest of the shoe is perfect.

"I ordered on 29th April but never…"

I ordered on 29th April but never received notification that my order was dispatched. My order hadn't arrived, so I checked my Vionic account and it said my order had been sent with DPD and gave a tracking number but this wasn't recognised by DPD. I started trying to get in touch with customer services on 7th May, calling several times every day. The message says their hours are 10-4 but regardless of time no one ever answers the phone! I emailed customer service on 7th May, and left a voice message on 8th May and they have just got back to me today 15th May to say that Evri have delivered my parcel! If they had I wouldn't have spent over a week trying to track them down :( Apparently there is only 1 person in customer services, and to be honest if that is the case I feel sorry for her. You would think that at £100+ for most of Vionics shoes they could afford another person?? Appalling service, never ordering again!
