"Well it was my first and last purchase.."
Well it was my first time purchase... and the last. However I wanted to order something else as the shoes were a bit narrow. Tried to return, - through careles - they accepted the return and sent no email confirmation nor QR code for the return - nothing. I wrote an email - "we are very busy"... I called - it was the strangest thing. They said: "we work between 10 and 4" (I called at 3 pm) "and if you are calling in the busy hour, please leave us a message" - what is the busy hour? The call just went silent... called four times. Not going to recommend, not going to return to them.

I purchased a pair of Vionic Miles Trainers sadly after having an operation on my foot, I was unable to get my foot into them so contacted customer services not expecting any help as 5 months had lapsed since purchasing Gemma was so efficient and understanding of my problem I got refund, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it I'm so grateful, thank you!

Vionic shoes are gorgeous and in terms of comfort, foot support and style, they are second to none. However, even subscribed to their mailing list and getting notifications of new arrivals and sales, they NEVER have size 7, so unfortunately, have had to swap to another brand.

First time I’ve had a problem with my orders and returns, delayed refund after returning shoes usually back in account in two days, email sent, in case of lost , very quick response from Vionics problem sorted and refund given . Will always recommend Vionics.Well done and thank-you to efficient staff.

Vionic shoes are comfortable and just made for my feet. The arch support is good and footbed comfortable. The customer service is great and always replies quickly and understands the problem.

"Problems with Vionics courier"
My order did not arrive. Evri said they were in the process of sending it back… there was no reason from Vionic or Evri as to why. I was unable to speak to anyone, which is the most frustrating part particularly with Evri. Eventually I was able to have email contact with Gemma from Vionic who was very helpful and she resent my order but one pair of shoes had sold out by then. There continued to be issues as Evri said they couldn’t find my address, more delays ensued. I finally did receive my order but the whole process really put me off. The shoes are comfortable and I’m happy with them but I will think twice about ordering from them again unless they change their courier.
