I continue to check to see if Vionic has come back to making and selling orthotic dress shoes. I check the website, send an email and continue to receive the same rote reply each time for the past two years. Just let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No" be no. Don't keep sending the same "automatic reply".

"Really disappointed"

Really disappointed with this company, customer service isn’t brilliant, takes days for them to reply. Now they are stopping a size 8.5 in the shoe I have purchased on several occasions. Unfortunately I will now have to spend my £110 elsewhere as they obviously don’t care about there customers needs.

I have just received my Raysa sandals and they will have to go back. The straps are so loose and I have wide feet - but I will never be able to keep them on. It’s a pity because my podiatrist suggested I get them!

Tried on trainers after sorting out correct size and they altered my gait immediately. Kept them on when I left the shop. Lovely assistant in the Wallingford shop. I'd driven 25miles in pouring rain to get there. Worth it.
