What a fantastic product,we were fed up with plain white door so sourced a new door from IG, we chose black with a diamond glass panel at the top. Avoid IGdoors, my new build front door has bowed at the bottom by 8mm across the width. I contacted IGdoors gave them all the information and they didn’t reply so I rang them again. They replied by email to say sorry your door is 2 years and 3 months old so is out of warranty. They offered no help and said that is their policy. When you look on Trust pilot there is dozens of unhappy customers and the reply to the posts are all the same. Give this company a wide berth.
