Together with Michelle they identified the correct replacement lock mechanism and couriered it to us within 24 hours - impressive work bearing in mind it was fitted 9 years ago and was just within the 10 year guarantee period! My old wooden back door had become stiff and rotten. Due to the age. I contacted Jamie who came and surveyed the door for a replacement for me. He done a superb
job fitting the new one and would recommend Jamie and this company for doors.
