I had a defect with my front door and IG Doors replaced it FOC when I was outside of my warranty period. Great customer service, I was prompted of the engineers visit by a text message, the engineer (Roger) arrived on time and replaced the door in 30mins and did a great job. Thank you IG Doors.

I couldn’t recommend IG Doors enough! Even with the mix up on what door needed replaced ( from Taylor Wimpey side ). We found the funny side of it and I was so happy that it was Steve ( IG door technician )that came back and replaced it with ease. He was punctual, polite and very helpful. I asked him to have a quick look at our other door and he did it without hesitation and fixed it in seconds . He knows his stuff. Dougal the dog was delighted with a quick cuddle too ! Highly recommend IG Doors and Steve !

"Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff"
Our front door has a very small chip in the paintwork, probably as a result of a very impatient delivery person. So I telephoned IG and spoke with Amelia who was very helpful. Amelia suggested using a touch-up pen seeing as the paint chip was very small, and she sent me the pen as a gesture of goodwill.
I am very happy with the service that Amelia provided and how professional and positive she was in dealing with the matter.

"Relacement Door. "
The booking was made for the 4/9/24 and I had a text the night before saying the engineer would be with me between 1200 to 1600hrs. I had a second text in the morning saying the engineer would be with me between 1330 and 1730hrs. He actually arrived at 1027hrs. Fortunately I was at home, but I may not have been. The installation went fine. There was a mark on one of the window cassettes which I thought was a crack (had loads of problems in the past with cracking of the cassettes). The engineer Roger assured me it was not a crack and touched up the blemish with a paint stick. Time will tell if it was indeed a crack!!

Our front door got very stiff and wouldn’t lock from the outside after only 4 years in the new build property but the warranty is only 2 years and 3 months. I found out from Barratts our door was IG, when I called them they were very helpful in explaining what the problem could, how to fix it and if this doesn’t work what part would work to fix it. They also answered the phone straight away which is great when you don’t have time to be on hold for ages! After receiving a quote for the part which was also fast on email, I called again as I was nervous to purchase an expensive door strip if it wasn’t going to fix the problem, I spoke to Amelia on the phone and she was so helpful she asked me to send her a video so she could double check this would work for me. Amelia then sent us the part as a gesture of good will and it had worked and our door now locks again. We are very happy with the service every time we have called the company and especially with Amelia, we also appreciate how fast the replies were and the delivery of the new part in an an urgent time when our door wasn’t locking properly

"Our new build front door has delaminated"
Our new build front door has delaminated to both side edges “at the bottom”, along with the actual “bottom strip”, due to what seemingly appears to be water ingress. I contacted your customer services requesting at the very least a visit from your representative to understand what is possibly a manufacturing defect. I stated that I believe this to be a latent defect, only to be told I’m out of my 2 year warranty period… I have recently discovered that my neighbours are also experiencing the same latent defect on a new estate (The Fairways, Wilmslow), shall I go and letter drop every one who is still within their two year defects period and advise accordingly? It is shocking that there is no support, can I point out this was reported 9 months ago with emails on file.
