I had a pleasant experience with my order and I am extremely happy with the shoes. The shoes are made to a high standard, they are made with good quality materials, they fit my feet very well and I found the price of these shoes to be reasonable.
I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend Barker shoes.

Ordered and Paid for a Pair of Shoes 5 days later no email of delivery confirmation or even if they are getting delivered !!! Looks like i am going to have to request a Chargeback from my Bank. Gave me two so called Ticket requests to urgently review my order but still no reply absolutely Disgraceful behavior Never Ever Again !!!

The shoes, black suede lace boots, arrived very quickly. They are absolutely beautiful, excellent quality boots, extremely well boxed and packaged with individual bags for each boot to keep them nice. Very very pleased with my purchase, thank you.

They requested I write a review, so here it is:
I didn’t want the shoes as they were damaged and I didn’t like them anyway. I emailed them as per instructions requesting return. The email bounced back. I also emailed the general inbox. This was delivered but ignored.
I emailed them twice, and each time was after new year shutdown.
Now intending to report them to trading standards and pursuing a claim through small claims court.
Abysmal service.
Update:
They finally responded.
Despite their website explicitly stating that faulty goods would be picked up, and at their cost, I was advised to arrange postage back to them. No returns label, no pre paid stickers. Nothing.
Goods returned at a cost of £13.35 to me.
I hold out no hope of a swift resolution for this issue.
Contrast this with pretty much any other shoe retailer, and you will find their returns process works fine, even if you don’t like the shoes.
In further update, having returned the shoes at my own cost, and had confirmation of delivery from Royal Mail, and almost one week on from this I have yet to receive so much as acknowledgement let alone a refund.
