"What a crap service"
What a crap service! Sent a stussy jumper back as after a wash there were marks on the chest and it was unwearable. Was told they would send me a refund or a new sweater. It’s been newrly two weeks now and despite sending 3 emails asking what’s happening they have completely ignored me. Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs.

"A Contradicting Mess of an Exchange"
I recently placed an order for a pair of Braindead Converse in US 7, but I received a UK 7 instead. Upon contacting CS (specifically an agent named Rose), I was informed that I would need to place a new order — with no apology or acknowledgment that the original error was on your end.
When I pointed this out I was offered an exchange, and a collection was arranged. However, no collection number or confirmation was provided.
On the scheduled collection day, I called up your CS team and was told I would get a call back. I only got an email thanking me for my call and instructing me to contact DHL myself for collection details.
I called DHL, who confirmed the arrangements, and my order was collected as planned. I then emailed your CS team to confirm the collection and enquire about my exchange. I was told again you don't process exchanges. My size is now out of stock. (why offer an exchange in the previous comms).
This entire experience has been annoying long for no reason. What should have been a simple resolution dragged on unnecessarily. With your brand’s strong reputation, I expected much better service. I encourage you to address these shortcomings, as they risk damaging your revenue.
