"This was the best thing ever!!"

This was the best thing ever!!! Colours were slightly cool toned but overall we will absolutely be ordering more. Paint brushes were also a bit large for the smaller areas, but I just purchased some smaller ones

"Delivery to wrong address. No refund. "

The kit took a long time to be delivered, and it was ultimately delivered to the wrong address (ie., someone else’s home). When I contacted customer care to ask for a refund, they instead suggested I go and pick up the kit myself at the address it had been (incorrectly) delivered to.

The website was easy to use and the product looks great! I give 4 stars because one of the paint colors was missing in the original package. However, I reached out to customer service and they were able to send the correct paint color. It arrived about 2 weeks later. Overall, good experience!

"Total scam"

Total scam. I ordered a product and did not like it based on their website you are allowed to return and get a refund hassle-free. But when I emailed to request for a return the got back to me and said they did not accept return. They completely lied on their website! Just like that.
Go to other retailers of this product.

"I sent a winter scene photo and got purple snow"

I sent a winter scene photo. It came back with the snow a shades of purple, some quite dark. Snow is white with perhaps a slight blue tinge. I also sent a photo of a friend in front of his yellow mustang convertible. When the painting arrived, the mustang was not a convertible. The black convertible roof was all yellow just like it was a hardtop. Parts of the car were also greenish not yellow. Two very disappointing purchases.
AND……. THE PRICES HAVE GONE UPP DRAMATICALLY. No real need for that kind of an increase.
