We just bought our first ever motorhome from John Charles and have to say that it was a great experience. James has been really helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. No pressure on the first visit, He just handed us the keys to look around the vehicle we were interested in. Once we decided he made everything happen with minimum of fuss answering all our (many questions) with patience and a sense of humour. Handover was really good with both Andy and James, and even since then they have patiently dealt with all the many questions that we continue to raise. A great place to deal with!

They provided us with a Motorhome which suits our needs exactly.When we collected our new Motorhome it had been cleaned and valeted and looked immaculate.
