"Mattress missing, not delivered "

Today, 20/08 I finally received my mattress from So Soft Beds as it is lovely!! 5 stars now!

I placed an order with So Soft Beds weeks ago, and only part of my purchase was delivered. A mattress was missing as, according to the driver, it was not ready yet. I called So Soft Beds at the same time when they were assembling the bed and I was informed they would try to deliver by the weekend. This was Wednesday.
So on Friday I called So Soft Beds asking for an update and apparently the courier would collect the mattress on Saturday and attempt deliver early the following week.
I was not contacted by courier to advise delivery day and time so far. It is Tuesday.
Sent several emails and no replies. Sent WhatsApp message and no replay.
Called them and no certainty was given.
Really disappointed as it seems I will not have my bed.

The beds are very sturdy with ample storage space. Easy to lift and close and we liked the fabric of the base and headboard.

I am enjoying my bed to the fullest the storages is great it fit all what was blocking my wardrobe space. I would buy a bed again and also highly recommend Sosoftbeds to my friend and family.
The customer service assistant Adam is very polite and friendly 😊 explained the disadvantages and the advantages in detail he is the one why I ordered my mattress from the company again.

I highly recommend So Soft Beds!
The possibility to design your own bed is really good, with many options to choose from and the quality is amazing! Also, the delivery is quick which is a big difference in comparison to the majority of the shops providing beds.
Ultimately, I want to recognize how amazing the customer service is! From the beginning by contacting us to confirm and recommend some changes in our design for a better fit and always being responsive and understanding (thank you Adam).

"I ordered a lovely bed in February"
I ordered a lovely bed in February, and it is lovely. A nice man came to put it together and while doing so, he realised there was a leg missing. I have contacted SSB numerous times and, now in July I’m still waiting for this leg to my son’s bed. Having been promised three times, I’m still waiting for this missing leg.
