Has been an ongoing issue since I moved into the property, over 3 months. Numerous engineers have been out, only Nick has been helpful and identified the actual fault. He arrived today after a month of waiting for a part but was sent with the wrong part. Nick was very apologetic and did manage to source the correct part and fit today however the poor planning before the visit has been very disappointing and shows incompetence of the company.
