I am giving this a 2 star due to the audacity of the email and messaging I receive from customer services. I was in an interview and they rang me 4 times and send me the rudest of emails threatening to charge me £50.00 if I did not reply to them in 15 mins!!!

Bought a Bosch Hob, described as Grade B, arrived in good tme, not in its origonal packaging, but well packed and complete. I can find no damage on the item whatsoever, so all in all a great purchase at a very good price. Would shop here again.

"APPLIANCE DEPOT - TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS"

Purchased two new ovens. One does not work. Appliance Depot said go to the manufacturers CDA. CDA confirmed these appliances are 14/15 years old and obsolete (no parts available). Appliance Depot are ignoring my calls and emails.
