I bought a pair brake discs and 5ltr of engine oil for my Audi A4 with a 2 to 3 days delivery, after 3 days it was still being processed, after 8 days it was still being processed, I then call the customer service to complain where I was given excuses with online store issues, it became apparent if it didn’t chase this order it would of stayed in the processing status forever.
I had to request a refund, where I needed to wait 3 working days before receiving my fund back.

At any point of first making my order to receiving the refund I could of click and collected the parts in 30 minutes from my nearest store, the convenience of using the free delivery in a working week was a waste of time and won’t use again.

"GSF are the Worst company I have ever…"

GSF are the Worst company I have ever had the unfortunate need to use, be warned, customer service is very poor, virtually non existent.
Following an MOT failure I ordered a brake caliper for a jaguar on Friday 28th March along with a brake bleed kit, the GSF website initially said next working day delivery which would have been the following Tuesday 1st April (the only joke is GSF) , I received no tracking info but really thought nothing of it, Tuesday came & went, still no information and no delivery, on Wednesday 2nd April I hunted for a customer service no. To ring & found a ‘live chat’ what a joke, at 10.27 I asked for information about my delivery at 15.45 I finally got a reply & was told it was an order being shipped directly from their suppliers & if not received by the end of that week to let them know!! I continued to wait but still with no delivery information & with growing frustration on Friday the 4th April I eventually found a contact no. To phone and spoke to their telesales person who told me that the brake caliper which was the essential part I needed had not been sent because they were waiting for the brake bleed kit to be in stock!! I asked them to send the caliper & i would source a bleed kit from another supplier, which I was told they would, again no tracking info was received and on Monday 7th April I phoned again and was told by the same telesales agent it hadn’t been sent but that he would personally ensure the caliper was sent on a next day delivery, which it was and which I received on Tuesday 8th afternoon hurrah! The following day (Wednesday 9th) I tried to fit the caliper to my vehicle only to discover it did not fit, back on the phone & the excuse I received was that it was down to their website not being accurate following it being upgraded, he established the part the online website should have shown for my vehicle & said he would arrange for it to be sent next day. Again no tracking information was received so on the Thursday 10th I phoned as was assured by the same person my replacement order was on its way! By Friday still with no tracking info I phoned yet again only to be told that my order was definitely on its way and it was down to the courier probably not processing it yet. By Monday 14th more than two weeks after placing my order at 9am I phoned GSF yet again only to be told the courier must have lost my order and that they had no further correct calipers they could send!! I doubt if GSF even had the correct part to send originally. BE WARNED!! I have since sourced the correct part from a well known high street motoring retailer at over £100 cheaper and was able to collect the part the day after ordering, this whole sorry process has cost me over £150 in mechanics time & the cost of a full MOT instead of a retest.

Ordered and arrived at store. When I went to the store to collect they even helped to put them in the car.
Excellent customer service.
All fitted to the car now. Quality brakes disks and pads.

"When I collected the parts I had…"

When I collected the parts I had ordered online I mentioned to the young lady behind the counter that I was surprised that GSF didn't sell a replacement rocker cover gasket for a Vauxhall Corsa, that part isn't listed online, she entered the reg number into the system and it showed there was one available RC9600, thanks to her I didn't have to search the internet to find one.. Hopefully GSF will add this part to their online parts list.

"Poor customer service "

Received part of an order with no notification it was incomplete, then requested the missing item be sent and offered to pick it up from their local depot if this was not possible only to be told it was no longer a stock item and they would refund me half the order but I had to pay for the return of the other half which was of no use to me, customer service by Aron and Victor rude and unhelpful then I went online and it was in stock at the local depot - very poor customer service
