"Travelopick Scam!!!"

On March 8th I booked a flight to Wilmington NC from Cleveland Ohio. I thought I was booking directly with American Air. Not paying attention I wound up with Travelopick.. After a few days I called and asked about tickets and was told that the tickets would not be issued until 24 hrs before the flight. All I wanted was confirmation. I also, in my hurry, did not notice that the ticket was issued for the wrong date. When I called on the date I was to fly, to see if I there was any way to fix my problem they explained that because I did not show up for the flight I was listed as a "no show". I asked if I could at least use the return flight since it was paid for and was told that I could not since I did not show for the initial leg. I would need to re-book my entire trip and, in addition, pay a $200 penalty. I re-booked with American. TraveloPick finally sent me a conformation after my call.
I FEEL THAT I WAS SCAMMED.

Ruskin Walker was very helpful and professional in obtaining airline tickets for me. I was a little frustrated that my original reservation did not go through but Mr. Walker was very patient with me and as I said, he found me similar flight plans to the original and I am a satisfied customer.

I spoke with MIA on the phone to help me with my reservation. I am so grateful she took the time to listen to my concerns and help me. She was able to get the exact flight I needed at a great price. Without her help, I would not be able to make this business trip. I also appreciated her patience and politeness in what must be a stressful job but she took the time to get it to work for me. I will continue to use this company in the future because of their great customer service.

After questionable customer service a month later they canceled my flight, saying "airline over booked". I promptly went on airlines website and booked same flight. At least they refunded me.

I spoke with David Williams regarding my trip. It was a pleasant experience. So much so that I called a second time! I had booked a car for my trip on the 11th and on the 12th I called again to book a hotel stay that we had only discussed the day before.
I was surprised when I called the second time that I was so easily connected to Mr. Williams. He was able to recall our conversation and he put me back on track with my previous request and got my reservation booked in no time. It was all too easy.
My trip is not for another 5 days. But I believe I’ll be booking with David in the future. And I will definitely share the experience with friends. I am impressed with the service I received…it’s unusual.
