"Very bad experience."

They've been processing my transfer for a WEEK now. They promised to provide a service they simply can't provide (payment within 1 business day). I have no idea where my money is and when the transfer will be processed. The only thing I know is that they're "facing issues with their processing partner". I don't care, I just want to get my money. This is my first experience with DeeMoney and probably the last.

I am having a really bad & stressful experience with DeeMoney. I made a transfer to the UK on 25th June using DeeMoney Next which claims to be next day delivery. It is now the 2nd July and still the money has not reached the destination. After daily phone calls & e-mails with their Customer Service team, they have still not told me why their has been a delay or when the money will reach the destination account. I have been a good customer of DeeMoney for nearly 3 years but will never use them again and instead will use my bank for transfers. DeeMoney has lower fees than the bank but it is too stressful to use them.

I have done two transfers from ThaiBaht to the UK, the first a small test amount and the second a moderate amount. Lured by their next day calm. Sadly its just a marketing gimmick. The first time, 4 days. The second time was on the 20th, its now the 27th and sill the payment is processing. Both times I have contacted customer support. The first time went unanswered. I am still waiting for a response for this second time. There system gives very little information: it simply says processing. I sent the money ahead of time to use on my travels. I will be finished the trip by the time the money is available.

"Service Not Reliable"

Been using Deemoney for my transfer for many times but again the delay by few working days. Latest transaction CSO mention 'technical issue' at receiving bank side.
The remittance delivery period HAS NOT improved even after they introduce Deemoney next working day credit. It's just a marketing gimmick. This would be my last time using their service.

Try using Thailand bank or Western Union. Charges and rate maybe more expensive, but at least stress free.

A friend told me about DeeMoney, I opened an account, which was very easy, and sent my first payment last month. It was cheaper than WU and I paid straight into my bank account. I will be using DeeMoney again in the future.
