Be careful and cautious... if its an emergency, don't use this service. I am waiting for 5 days now... it still shows processing... no good response from customer care and they say it will take 7 days for a refund.

DeeMoney is constantly delaying transfers and when you call them to understand what went wrong, they just say it's a "technical issue" with our partner in the destination. It happened to me 3x already and each time more than 10 days to complete the transaction. I suspect they are using our cash to hedge exchange rates.... If you have another app or company to make transfer to Australia, please let me know.

Transferred since 25 July, today 5 Aug has not received yet. This is 3rd months in a row. This costed me interest fee from late credit card payments.

10 days since I did a transfer supposed to reach destination in 24 hours. Customer service not giving a clear view of the situation. I will never use again

"Slow payments and unresponsive customer service"
This company used to be good but what they now offer is a masterclass in poor customer service and expectations management.
A recent transfer took a week when they advertise a next day service, meaning I was late making a subsequent payment to a third party. Customer service at first just said "we are investigating" then stopped responding. Even after the money was paid they didn't bother replying to inform me.
I see from other reviews that this is not an isolated incident. If they are suffering delays just tell people so then can send money in good time. Instead they continue to promise next day transfers and run promotions to encourage people to send large amounts with reduced fees.
Financial institutions rely on trust and they've lost mine.
Edit: This was originally a 2-star review but I've reduced it to 1-star because I'm upset by the company's copy & paste response asking me to contact the very teams that have been ignoring me. The time they are spending trying to save their reputation on review sites would be better spent actually communicating with their customers explaining what is happening and how they will fix it.

Customer service is good but the transfer time of 10 days is appalling. They keep coming up with the same excuses

Advertise next business day transfer. Thats a big lie. 5 last transfers took 6 working days. Always gives you the chat bot copy paste excuse and answers like all the answers below here on Trustpilot. Hope Wise or other companies will allow Thai bank transfers soon. I’ll be the first to switch.
Update 8 August. Funds still not in my account. Getting same excuses every day. Technical error with partner and lies saying my case is top priority blah blah. With the technology available today, how difficult is it actually to move digits from one computer to another??It’s a scam. Someone should alert the authorities.

DeeMoney fools customer , they purposely wait for rate fluctuations and delays the transfer . They way they make money is by fetching profit from transfer rates. Their entire business model is non trustworthy. be aware of their fake promises based on advertisement.waiting for simple transfer since 25th july, chasing customer care regularly but no hopes

"I sent Money on 25 Jul 2024, still not yet transfer "
I sent Money to India through dee money on 25 Jul 2024, but still money not transferred, always they are saying Partner has technical issues, I sent money for some urgent work, I called customer care service, the line was always busy. Whenever I contact Line messenger, always they sending forward messages only, sometimes no response.
Today, August 10, they still didn't transfer my money. I wrote an email to them to cancel my transaction on 08/10/2024 , after that they replied we are not recommend to cancel the transaction, it will take 4 to 7 working days, if you wish we will do the process, then again I sent email to them please proceed to cancel my transaction and return my money,after that I didn't get reply email.
