Waiting for 7 day and transfer still did not complete yet I don't get why what happened with this company I call them they said problem with the partner technical issue but I feel like want to cancel and just refund the money back to my bank please 🙏

I’ve been using Dee Money for about a year and half. For the first year it was a really excellent service and money transfers would be complete within 1-3 days. Customer service was efficient. For the last few months however there have been huge delays with my money transfers. The last couple have taken around a week to go through and customer service have not been helpful at all. They don’t tell you when you will receive your money and leave you in the dark. They send copy and pasted messages and I’m not sure they even look into the issues you have. I’ve currently been waiting 9 days for a money transfer which is very stressful and customer service have not been efficient in responding to me and I still have no idea when it will come through even though I’ve been contacting them for the last few days. It’s not worth the stress and I would use a different transfer app in the future.

I used to use DeeMoney and it was always fine. Since May 2024 they’ve become slower and slower. Currently I am on day 16 of waiting for my money to come through. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the company goes bust and keeps the cash. I had planned to do another transfer with them but no longer trust their service or want to wait that long.

Problems with their partner again...and again...and again...the same old excuses to justify the deteriorating service from this company lately. Customer support unable to provide a basic timeline when this will resolve. It might be a cheap service but you get what you pay for, a cheap but stressful experience. Not sure if I will go through this drama again, I recommend you heed all the negative reviews here and don't.

It’s was smooth transfer before. But starting this month, it worse. Transferring money to Malaysia from 8th July and until now couldn’t received the money yet. Already 1 week plus with the reply technical issue or prioritized the issue. But still the same 💆🏼♀️

"The service used to be good, now it is dramatic"
The service used to be good, but since a few months it has been horrible. I have sent 4 times money to Nethelands and Australia in the past few weeks and all transfers took more than 5 business days, usually 1.5 week to clear. Every time Deemoney comes with exactly the same excuse, something about a technical issue, which is clearly a lie. I gave them one more chance when they offered me a free transfer but this was the final straw.

"Worst money changer app"
This is the worst money changer app in Thailand. Because of 4th July, the support claimed it's an American public holiday thus my transaction was on hold the day before. It's been almost ten days now the transaction has not yet completed, all I got from the support feedback is that the processing team is working on it on top of their priority but without a guaranteed update and no deadline can be met.
Excuse me, what has the American Independence Day got anything to do with a money exchange service provider in Thailand?!!
This is getting very frustrating. Do not use this money changer at all.

The service mention delivery next day, its been 3 rd working day now and still they mention that its processing and has problem with processing partner. Worst experience better send by bank which is reliable. their support is good for nothing and most of the time no reply on line or support mail.
