"Sharing Gmail Labels Changed How My Team Works"
There is literally no other way to share a Gmail label that I know of, and this is so easy to do. I use the Label Sharing for Gmail extension, and it completely changed how my team collaborates on projects. Instead of forwarding countless emails back and forth or losing track of important threads, I can just share my Gmail label with them.
The ability to customize permissions (like read-only access) is a huge bonus. I have no problem recommending this extension to let others know how amazing it is.

"Backing Up Gmail to Google Drive Worked Great"
I use Save Emails to Google Drive to back up important emails, and honestly, I wish I had started using it sooner. Before this, I’d manually download messages and sort them into folders—which was annoying and way too easy to fall behind on.
Now it’s automatic. I set it up to pull emails from certain Gmail labels, and they get saved straight to my Google Drive as PDFs and EMLs, all neatly organized. It works really well, and I feel better knowing my stuff is backed up without me needing to think about it.

"Save Emails as PDF Without the Hassle"
Save Emails as PDF is one of those tools I didn’t think I needed—until I tried it. Now I use it constantly to archive receipts, contracts, and other important emails in a much more organized way.
What I appreciate most is how it keeps things tidy. The PDFs are saved into folders that match my Gmail label names, which makes finding what I need later really simple. It’s also helpful when I need to share a specific message with someone without forwarding an entire email thread.
If you want a clean, reliable way to back up important emails or just keep your inbox under control, this extension makes it easy.

"Organizing Emails in Spreadsheets Has Never Been Easier"
I used to spend way too much time copying and pasting email content into spreadsheets to track client conversations or manage project updates. The Export Emails to Sheets extension completely changed that. Now, with just a few clicks, I can send emails straight into Google Sheets. The formatting comes through clean and easy to read, which makes it great for creating overviews, organizing threads, or pulling data for reports. It’s a simple tool, but incredibly effective if you work out of your inbox a lot.

"Extracting Data from Emails Without the Headache"
Document Parser has completely changed how I manage invoices and contracts. What used to take hours of manual data entry and double-checking is now handled in just minutes. The process is simple: upload your document, activate the parser, and it pulls out the key information automatically—whether it's from Gmail, Google Drive, or another storage location.
What really sets this tool apart is how accurate it is. I’ve tried other apps, but they often missed important fields or mangled the formatting. Document Parser has been consistently reliable, even with more complex documents. It handles line items from invoices, clauses from contracts, and details from receipts without breaking a sweat.
Once the data is extracted, I can push it straight to Google Sheets or export it as a CSV for more analysis. It’s a big time-saver, and more importantly, it lets me focus on the actual work instead of copying and pasting data all day.
If you deal with a lot of documents in finance, legal, or operations, this extension is definitely worth checking out.

"A Simple Fix for Messy Forwarded Emails"
The Forwarded Email Importer has been a huge help in my workflow. I regularly receive forwarded emails with attachments that need to be sorted or responded to, and this standalone emails in Gmail. No more dealing with that weird nested format Gmail uses for forwarded chains. It's fast, intuitive, and saves me hours of manual cleanup every week. If you handle forwarded emails often, this honestly a must-have.

"Good luck cancelling a subscription"
Good luck cancelling a subscription. I've been trying to cancel for 2 years. I email support several times and they say "we can't cancel on our end". My email logins do not work. I don't even know what they're charging me for at this point.
Absolute fraud of a company. There is nothing they have that you can't find elsewhere from a company that transacts with integrity.

"complete fraud"
complete fraud, false advertising . I canceled my free subscription within the time allowed. Once I recognized they advertising is one thing but what they offer is another I decided to cancel it. they acknowledged that . i was not aware they contuned to charge my credit card . once I realized that I demanded a refund . they issued a refund for one month not three months as they supposed to. I reached out to them 9 days ago. still nothing crickets . Be AWARE !
This part is in response to icludhq reply. I realized it has been this long only yesterday. I have not used your shitty service once after I realized EVERYTGHING is extra $. Yes, I'm looking for a refund for all of those months . Pill up the conversation I had with customer service rep in chat. you will see I canceled my service right there BEFORE it became a paid subscription . I replied to my review instantly, yet , my first email went unanswered for 9 days and the second one you did not reply to at all. I promise you , this will not end here . I will drsg you through every consumer agency available tob expose what you do .

"CloudHQ is a game-changer for me"
CloudHQ is a game-changer for me. This data extraction tool made it easy for me to back up and sync all my email accounts. My emails are now saved as pdf files for easy viewing outside of gmail. The tool was easy to setup. I recommend setting up CloudHQ as soon as you create your email address. CloudHQ provides a continuous email backup, and works instantaneously, ensuring I have a copy of my emails safely backed up. My email accounts and cloud backups are identically mirrored.
Excellent solution to backup emails or cloud storage. It is faster than Google takeout and your emails are organized in folders as pdf files. Now I can keep track of important emails without any hassle. In addition to backing up my emails to google drive I also backed up my emails to OneDrive!!! Before CloudHQ I spent hours downloading emails using google takeout. I would start the process and come back to a failed attempt to export. Extremely frustrating!! I almost gave up. CloudHQ settled all the issues I had migrating between cloud accounts. I had gigabytes of data spread between multiple providers. My folders were filled with duplicate files, photos, videos and I was looking for a way to solve this problem easily without paying excessive amounts of money. I was at a loss in terms of what to do. I ran a google search and found CloudHQ and my problems were resolved that quickly! I had the choice of backing up everything or choosing specific folders. The dashboard is loaded with tools to help you manage multiple cloud platforms.
I cannot comment on customer service because I have not had to call them. The service is easy to setup and configure.
I have spent too much time looking for ways to make my job easier, and generally go for the cheapest solution, as close to free as possible. CloudHQ is the cheapest and easiest tool to use to sync or backup mail accounts to multiple cloud storage platforms. Trust me, I have searched for many options. CloudHQ is your best option.
